Is it just me or is Stargate: Atlantis much, much, much cheesier than the original? Which is not necessarily bad* but I thought it was rather terrible in places although quite enjoyable in others. The nasty keeper female thing was great fun.

Hope y'all are at least eating lots on this long weekend, where applicable.

*I saw Barbarella the other day! I loved it to pieces; Jane Fonda has fantastic comic timing. I've got to find the book.

I remember seeing bits of Barbarella when I was zonked out at 3am, interesting experience trying to force yourself to stay awake to see a good film. At least I caught the orgasmatron scene ^^

My easter eggs have run out, so after this I'm off to check the servo to see if there's any more ;>

Ack. I'm so far behind on Stargate, it's so not funny. At this rate I won't get to watch Atlantis until sometime next century. *sigh*

Eh, you don't need to be up to date with Stargate to watch Atlantis (I'm not and I did fine). The crack_van overview is pretty helpful *g*
