nigeltdeOn Thursday CIA Director George Tenet defended the intelligence, saying the agencies had never claimed that Saddam Hussein was an "imminent threat" but warned about the future danger he could pose.
Um, wasn't the whole POINT of the war that he DID pose an "imminent threat", and that that was the only possible justification for a PRE-EMPTIVE STRIKE?
