Chamber of Secrets opens tomorrow. Wheeee. There for the first session, don't even mind getting up early. *really* looking forward to this. I so hope they leave Snape's first line in. Really looking forward to seeing Lockhart and Lucius. And in order to settle a little argument, it turns out that Alan Rickman's eyes are hazel. They just are very dark in HP, dunno whether that's contacts or what.
I think that this is the coolest thing. Ever. I [heart] it.
I've become addicted to Moby's blog. I don't even like his music that much. But he's a cool dude and intelligent and such (read the liner notes on Play) and even quotes Spinal Tap. So, go Moby!
Final episode of 24. So good! So good! I am more of a Kiefer ho than ever. Still don't understand what was with the chick in the plane at the start, she never reappeared. WTF? Cool that they let Kiefer kill Drazen point blank like that, take a chance with the accepted 'good guy' role. Kinda wish they'd killed off Kim Bauer instead of Terri. But still awesome.
Perhaps more thoughts on the singular nature of this show to follow. Still thinking.
If my eighteenth party taught me nothing else, it's that I'm a Weeping!Drunk. I should never ever get drunk again because I always end up bawling. There has only ever been one exception (but I can't really remember all of that night, so who knows). See now, Lainy is a Snoggingeveryone!Drunk. That's entertainment! No-one wants to see me cry buckets after having a beer. Naughty Jessie.
Lola, by the Kinks, is one of those songs you've always known and liked but don't really listen to. So I just took a look at the lyrics and wheee! I really like this song now.
Speaking of lyrics and not hearing them, my entire life I thought that It's a Miracle by Roger Waters on Amused to Death went:

When, in fact, it's:

Ooopsie. But I really, really do like my version.
