nigeltdeJason and Bonnie have really annoying verbal ticks. The former's "yeah?":other words ratio is about 1:3, and the latter cannot begin a sentence without saying "you know what." SRSLY GUYS YOU'RE MORE ANNOYING THAN MARCIA.
Some more of Bonnie Lythgoe's depressing attempts to come up with a catchphrase/theme along the lines of the hot tamale train:
-It's not just hot, I think it's smoking hot hot HOOOOT!!!
-You know Demi, you can do anytthing. You are strong, you are invincible, You! Are! Demi! (Imagine this last bit in a slightly hysterical shriek)
-What's that Lowrider song that he does, "Low Low Low"? I think he should be doing a new song for you dancers and it should be called hiiiiigh hiiiiiigh and EVEN HIIIIGHER!!!
-And I guess really Rhys you're hot baby hot, it's a Rhys inferno.
MVP: Jack and Kate (with an honourable mention for Rhys). Both of their routines, the quickstep and the hip hop, were standouts of the season so far.
There was some dreck on Sunday but some good routines too. I am glad that the people who stayed, stayed, although I was dead certain it would be Henry, whose contemporary routine with Demi was actually pretty good.
The results show needs to be a half hour long. Stop it with this bullshit rigmarole, with the bottom two guys and girls and the solo dances, which are nice on one level, but so obviously padding. You already know who was voted out, we know you know, stop jerking our chain.
Of course, the good thing about the results show is that it can be watched with the sound off.
