Harry Potter epiphany.....of sorts

For the movies, JKR told Alan Rickman a bit about Snape's future that us muggles aren't/weren't yet privvy to. In Philosopher's Stone, in the scene where Snape is threatening Quirrell while Harry sneaks by under the invisibility cloak, Snape turns around and reaches out to Harry. I always thought it was a slightly lame 'sixth sense' kinda thing but I just realised that maybe they were foreshadowing the whole Legilmency thing. Ok, admittedly I can't remember if he needs eye contact to read/sense? minds and if JKR told Chris Columbus about Snape's future as well. But it kind of fits!
