Hah, a comment has reminded me of something. A friend was at Allen's Music the other day, saw this guy come in with a totally WARPED electric guitar he'd bought the other day. I mean, the plastic was all melted to shit, the pickups were just lumps, I mean really fucked over. Everyone was wondering what the hell happened, of course. The guy said that he'd taken the guitar home and that the lead they'd sold him wouldn't fit into the wall socket, so he'd cut the lead in half and reattched a power cord to it. And then PLUGGED IT IN.
He should move to Darwin.
