time for an update, methinks

I've not really got all that much to say.......Oh, well, National Velvet is on soon, it'll be good to see that again I guess. I had fun today frightening myself imagining a world where all my favourite people upped and died. Well, not fun exactly, but yeah. Interesting.

Talking about nostalgic sorta things, I listened to the White Album today for the fist tie in ages, and I don't know why I've taken that long, because it really is a good album - not the best, but still very good. I found out that Eric Clapton plays guitar on While My Guitar Gently Weeps. Heh, you learn something new every day.

I've just been sitting here refreshing www.lordoftherings.net over and over again just to hear the actors introduce themselves. Christopher Lee's voice does funny things to my insides. I hate to think what he and Alan Rickman's loveshild would sound like - it'd probably take over the world or something. Orlando Bloom and Liv Tyler have disturbingly similar-sounding purrs. I've also been perusing Sir Ian McKellan's official site (that's www.mckellan.com for the uninitiated). He is just the sweetest guy, I tell ya. Has a gorgeous sense of humour.

I had a dream last night that I was in a school play and when we took it to another town we had to book into a hotel .that looked suspiciously like my high school. We were then informed that there were no rooms except on the floor where the entire cast of LOTR was residing. Then I woke up, so nothing interesting actually happened, but still. the potential was there. I have been reading way too much Boy Meets Boy. This has been a very LOTRingy post. Sorry.
