I normally don't bother with them but this one is a nice one; the maths is pretty bogus I would imagine but the good thing about it is that it measures quite a few factors in a few dimensions of environmental impact, and it shows you a running calculation of your total compared to your country's average. It's interesting to see how selecting different options changes your footprint; makes you think about choice and all that stuff.
My total thing was, if everyone lived my lifestyle, we'd need 1.64 Earths: where the global sustainable footprint level is about 15 ha, I'm at 25. Or something. Lower than the national average but could do better obviously. I just don't have the guts to go vegan!
