Firefly, to my astonishment, is actually on Australian TV now. The premiere, "The Train Job", is on tonight at 1.00 on 7. It's a damn good show. And I am desperately waiting for the movie to come out and if they're showing it on telly over here then they might have it at the movies, yay! Although I cannot for the life of me imagine how it would be sold to the public.

Also OMG THE HORSE TRIALS ARE ON THIS WEEKEND AND I CAN ACTUALLY GO because I won't have stupid exams to study for or anything! I am going to spend ALL DAY FRIDAY at the dressage and it will be wonderful! My anticipatory squees are supersonic.

Because I am happy that I have pretty much finished my last assignment for the year oh and did I also mention that the HORSE TRIALS ARE ON THIS WEEK, I'm indulging, like when do I not indulge, in some memes shamelessly stolen from lainy122 who shamelessly stole them from other people.

And a funny I've been meaning to post for a while. My mum's partner works in the plastic industry training people to work the machines and be safe and so on; she got this poster for him from Hahndorf (a German town in the Adelaide Hills), and this is what it says:
