Why the hell would someone publish a piece of work including a little 'disclaimer' saying that it made 'no séance'? I've seen this mistake a couple of times, and I mean, what the hell? Just because it's on the internet doesn't mean that proofreading is optional. Christ. But I know that this rant has been done many a time, so we'll leave it at that. And no going through my archives to count my spelling errors or I'll come round your 'ouse and put lego in your eyes.
Today, I have officially been anti-depressant free for one week. I don't know whether to be happy or sad, ha ha, because the mood swings have come back with a vengance, and they're no fun in and of themselves. But I kinda like them. It was really horrible coasting along a plane that consisted of one emotion. I can cry again!
The Adelaide Cabaret Festival is back again, minus Ross Noble this time :-( The scary thing is, there's a Paul, Mikey & Sandy show on. Argh, my old obsessions have returned to haunt me. I was thinking of going for nostalgia's sake but the price is out of my range anyway. There is an interesting looking show called 'Ze Berlin Klub Orkestra': Evenings in 1920's and 30's Berlin were spent in small smoke filled clubs where hedonistic, voyeuristic thrills were interspersed with outrageous dance routines and sentimental ballads. ZBKO apparently revisits this era. Looks like fun but I doubt I'll go, just because I'm too lazy.
