Oh no, that's so sad. He was such a good actor - and so young. I can't believe that.

I know. And I'm a latecomer to the party, having only seen Lives of Others. But I thought he was so amazing in it, with his big eyes and still face. :-(((((

That's the only thing I've seen him in, too, but he was so excellent. So understated and moving, and that last line... I cried the first time I saw it. And my dad cried when I saw it with him (although he also cried yesterday talking about Dunkirk, so maybe that's not a huge deal these days).

Anyway, that came as a complete shock to me. What a shame.
