There are no words for what a kick in the face this is for people locked up on detention centres and on Nauru and people who, thanks to Nelson and Howard and his cronies, won't be able to afford the higher education and training to become skilled workers.

John Howard revealed in an exclusive interview yesterday that Australia's so-called policy of "mandatory detention for asylum seekers" was in reality a cover for an extensive secret operation to build Australia a vast and comprehensive evironmentally safe energy system. When asked by the press why the cover chosen was such an abhorrent one, Howard replied: "Oh, Peter and I just threw that together for shits and giggles."
